How do you handle shipping for oversized items like bathtubs or vanities?
Large or fragile items are shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. These orders include lift-gate service and curbside delivery as standard.
What is your return policy for installed fixtures?
For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been installed or connected to plumbing. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all products sold by General Plumbing Supply are brand new and include full manufacturer warranties. We are an authorized dealer for all brands listed on our site.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it on the driver's delivery receipt and contact our customer service team within 48 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
Do you offer trade discounts for licensed contractors?
We offer a Pro-Partners program for licensed plumbers and contractors. Please contact our sales department with your license information to set up a professional account with volume pricing.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment center and may be in the process of shipping.
