Returns & Exchanges Policy

At General Plumbing Supply, we want to ensure your home projects are a success by offering a flexible 30-day return policy for all unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging. Please note that certain custom-ordered fixtures or specialized industrial parts may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid partial refunds.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, or visit one of our local showrooms for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned plumbing supplies, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
